Featuring an open floor plan, the large living room has a 46" flat screen TV, an extensive selection of cable channels including the all sports package
plenty of seating, and runs from front to back along the right side of the house.
The open kitchen and dining area are bright and sunny, with a new kitchen table thaqt can easily accommodate 8 people, is located along the front of the house.
All appliances are modern, including dishwasher, washer/dryer and Keurig coffee maker.
The large front deck with access from the living room is furnished with a class top umbrella table, four chairs and a gas grill.
The large, 1st floor queen bedroom, with spacious closet, also has a flat screen TV and individually controlled A/C. Adjoining the bedroom is a 'Jack & Jill' full bath with doors from the bedroom and front hall.
Upstairs features beautiful hardwood floors, and an additional sitting area with sliding door to large covered deck with 2 lounge chairs.
There are also 2 large, upstairs bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, in addition to the A/C, large closets and flat screen TVs.
The master bedroom has a king bed, and the master bath features a jacuzzi bathtub and twin sinks
The second upstairs bedroom has two Queen beds, a crib and a junior toddler bed.
A spiral staircase takes you to the third floor loft for terrific views of the ocean, plus a sliding door to a small balcony that allows for wonderful evening breezed and listening to the waves crash ashore.
The loft has chairs, coffee table, computer table, ceiling fan, plus a telescope as well!
The garage contains beach chairs, a children's wagon and lots of beach toys. There is also a pull wagon for taking chairs and toys to the beach.
