The Ultimate Cape Cod Beach House, a new, luxurious home capturing the magnificient views of Nantucket Sound.
3 Powers Lane features an open floor plan with gorgeous hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings,
central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, WiFi internet access, remote control sound system with 10 Bose speakers,
and full-size, 8 person jacuzzi on the mahogany, wrap-around deck.
The downstairs Great Room features an open living room with TV/DVD and WiFi internet, open to
dining area and fully-applianced kitchen with granite countertops, SubZero refrigerator, Keurig and breakfast bar.
Windows and sliders out to the deck provide incredible views in all directions.
Laundry room and half bath off kitchen.
Each of the three bedrooms is a suite with private bath and TV. The downstairs bedroom is
furnished with a Queen bed, and bath with double sinks, walk-in shower and tub.
Upstairs is a second bedroom with a Queen bed and Twin bed, and bath with walk-in shower.
In addition, there is an open sitting area upstairs with queen sofabed and TV/DVD (no cable connection).
The spacious, 2nd floor master bedroom features a King bed, TV, and walk-in closets.
The master bedroom has amazing wrap-around oceanviews, and also features a private deck overlooking the beach.
The master bathroom is really special with a luxury, 2-person granite shower, large Jacuzzi tub, and double-sinks.
Finally, the downstairs deck wraps around the entire house with stairs leading directly to the beach.
A full-sized, 8 person Jacuzzi hot tub on the deck is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach,
plus you can enjoy the outside Bose speakers connected to the sound system.
The deck also features a grill with piped in gas, and large outdoor shower.
