Due to the high number of responses we receive each January/February, 1-2 week reservations will accepted BY MAIL ONLY until February 12, 2025.
After February 12th, "Availability By Week" will be posted on the website and you will be able to pre-check availability prior to making reservation.

Since availability changes hourly as reservations are placed in January/February, it is impossible to confirm availability options before receiving your application and discussing specific choices directly with you.
Please remember to indicate alternate house and date choices, if possible, and to include any information necessary to place your reservation.
We work as quickly as possible to respond to each reservation, and to provide each family with the best choices possible.

3 Week+ Reservations
Each January, we send an early reservation package to people interested in "longer term rentals" (3 or more weeks), but we are happy to receive email or telephone requests at any time.   If you are interested in renting for 3 or more consecutive weeks in the same house, please call or email us to ensure first choice of available rentals.

1 - 2 Week Reservations
Reservations for 1-2 week rentals are accepted by BY MAIL ONLY until February 12, 2025.   Preference is given to 2 week rentals.

Due to the high cost of postage, we will be downscaling the January Rental Mailing over the next several years.   If you have rented through the Great Island Ocean Club Rental Office in the past, you will automatically be mailed a January brochure package.   Otherwise, please be sure that we have your EMAIL ADDRESS so that we can keep in touch with you in the future!
